Today we bid physics good-bye. Tomorrow we say "hello" to chemistry! Since it was the last day of physics, our professor showed us some cool demonstrations. I am very excited for chemistry, which I have a background in. That will help me understand the material and focus. Nonetheless, it was great to pick up some physics jargon and becomes exposed to physics problems. Here are some pictures from our last physics lecture:
Following lunch we had another writing skills workshop. I must say that I realy like how our instructor asks us a question and we can send in responses via text. This gets many students engaged. Today he asked us to share with the class the names of the "fake drugs" we made. My group came up with the name "Proruminactinof," which is a pill for proctrastination! Our jingles goes, "Before you put off, pop Proruminactinof!" Quite catchy, I know!!
